Learn the art of Canning with Anna Harlan of the Stone County Extension Service.
This class will go over boiling water bath canning methods and basics based on recommendations from the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. Each attendee gets hands on training and jars of canned food to take home and enjoy. All equipment and ingredients supplied.
The class will be held at the Mountain View Meeting Place, 106 E Washington, next to the Wildflower Bed and Breakfast. Parking available in the empty just next to the building to the east.
